Icons Downton Abbey

Well, as most of you (people interested in Downton Abbey at least) will know, the second series of this wonderful costume drama is almost upon us: 18th of September. These last few weeks, I've been reading every scrap of information about the second series with delight, but I also came to a startling conclusion: I still needed to icon 5 episodes of series 1! So, I set forth doing that. Luckily, Downton Abbey is every icon makers dream: beautiful people, dressed in lovely historic outfits, gorgeous scenery, a lot of outdoor scenes, it was no punishment at all, making these icons!

Expect one more batch of series 1 icons, hopefully indeed before the new series starts...
