Love that ivy! I'm surprised they let it grow, though. Won't it harm the brick/stone?

And we don't even have that many castles in The Netherlands... Compared to Germany or Britain, where there's a castle or castle ruin in practically every town or village

About the ivy, I was thinking that as well, but I didn't ask after it. It makes for a pretty picture though!

It was a very lovely day as well! I biked to the castle from my home, about 15 km I think.
