Made enthusiastic by my previous (and first) icon battle with kolibrichen, I did another icon battle with my fellow period drama fan spallyand here are the results! We both chose 10 caps and exchanged them.

Icons 1-20 were made by me and 21-40 by spally. I very much enjoyed this icon battle! It 'forces' you to work with certain caps and really challenge your creativity. It also put some period dramas on my 'to watch' (Oscar and Lucinda) and 'to rewatch' (Importance of being Earnest) list, just for the sheer awesomeness of the caps!

My favourite icon by spallyis #33. I had a really difficult time colouring the cap from this 'old' adaptation of Mansfield Park, so I opted for the lazy route and made a b&w icon instead. But the colouring spallyused is really good and the text on the icon works very well too!
