Icon battle with kolibrichen!

- 1-20: period drama, Doctor Who and stock icons for an icon battle with kolibrichen 

   

A while ago, I asked kolibrichen if she wanted to do an icon battle with me. She was nice enough to say yes ;-) and here is the result! We both choose 10 caps, 7 of our 'main love' period drama, 2 of Doctor Who and 1 beautiful stock photo and exchanged them.

Icons 1-20 are made by me and icons 21-40 by the super-creative kolibrichen 

 I've had a lot of fun working on these and I really like to look at the icons and see how we sometimes did  similar things but also sometimes something very different with the caps!

My favourite icon by kolibrichen : I really love 25; the composition, the use of text, the colouring, it all makes for a really outstanding and creative icon!

Well, it depends on how many caps we choose to make icons from and how long it takes you and me to make these icons (in other words, how busy we are with other things...)
We can take as long as we like ofcourse, there's no deadline

Late to the party, but you've done a great job with the cropping. I really like the use of color in 2, 8, 13, 20. The cropping in 3, 7, 19 is spot on. :)
